WHAT WE LIKED The green embossed cardstock
adds subtle texture to the background. For a
cohesive look, Tracy repeated the heart motif to
showcase the love between her kids and their dad.
WHAT YOU CAN LEARN Don’t be afraid to cut up
your photos. Tracy cropped and arranged her photos
the traditional way, but shaped digital templates can
make the job easier.
WHAT SHE DID Tracy created a more dramatic curve
than Pam did by using a smaller circle as a template
to crop her photos. She added a homemade touch
by adding a few hand stitches at the edges.

WHAT SHE DID Janna was inspired by the circular
structure of the original, but she scattered and
layered her photos on a round scalloped mat rather
than cropping them into an arc. She was able to
include an additional photo and place her title in the
middle space.
WHAT WE LIKED Janna made her own pattern for
the balloons on this layout. She dry-embossed one
balloon for extra texture and tied string to the ends

W HAT YOU CAN LEARN Use embellishments to
lead the eye around a page. Janna added chipboard
p hoto corners and swirls near her photos to connect
t he loose arrangement.
