2pPaper doesn’t have to lie flat on a scrapbook page. I used
a distressing tool to add texture to flowers that I cut from
patterned paper and circles that I punched from a vintage
dictionary page. After I smeared ink on the shapes, I
arranged them next to my photo and added a pleated
yellow paper strip for a tailored look.
