2 Leah Fung printed her sentiment on patterned paper,
punched it into a circle, and layered it over two scalloped
circles for a medallion-like greeting. She covered the
largest circle with glitter for sparkle and adhered the
piece with adhesive foam to give the card an extra boost.

Lightfoot’s nature-inspired Mother’s Day card. She
embossed the background paper to give the card texture,

4 Soft browns and pinks pair with a die-cut butterfly for
this elegant Mother’s Day card. Robyn Werlich created a
subtle background by stamping with watermark ink on
silver cardstock, sprinkling clear embossing powder over
the design, and then melting the powder with a heat tool.

5 To create these whimsical birds, Cathy Blackstone
embellished buttons with googly eyes, patterned paper,
and feathers. Sequins around a chipboard branch create
shiny leaves, and her stapled greeting covers up a
stamping mistake.
